Assembly

Ships flat-packed with pre-cut framing, hardware, and a printed step-by-step manual. Given the size and weight, we recommend a two-to-three-person team and a full day with basic power tools; professional installation is recommended for anchoring the structure and for running power to the PowerPort outlet.

Care

This structure is built from cedar, which naturally resists rot and insects and can be left to weather to a soft silver-grey, or kept looking freshly built with a semi-transparent exterior stain or sealer reapplied every 1-2 years, more often in harsh sun or coastal air. Keep gutters, roof panels, and seams clear of leaves and debris so water keeps draining the way it's designed to.

Warranty

Backed by Gaddy Gear's 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the date of delivery. Normal wear and tear, natural weathering of untreated wood tones, and damage from misuse, accidents, or improper assembly aren't covered. To file a claim, email contact@gaddygear.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video of the defect — we'll follow up with next steps, typically within 3-5 business days.
