This policy covers standard parcel shipping on gaddygear.com. Oversized furniture and freight items are covered separately in our Freight Shipping Policy.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $400 (before tax) to addresses within the contiguous United States. Orders under $400 ship at the rate calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and handed to a carrier within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or for made-to-order items, which will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We ship via major national carriers. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by weather, carrier delays, or high demand.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated within 2 business days of receiving it, contact us.

Shipping Address Accuracy

You're responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. We're not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
