Cancellation Window
You may cancel most orders free of charge within 12 hours of placing them, or any time before the order has entered processing or shipped, whichever comes first.
How to Cancel
Email contact@gaddygear.com with your order number and a cancellation request as soon as possible. We'll confirm by email once the cancellation is processed.
Orders Already Shipped or in Freight Transit
Once an order has shipped — or, for freight items, once it has left the supplier's warehouse — it can no longer be cancelled and instead falls under our Refund & Returns Policy, which may include a restocking fee for freight items.
Made-to-Order & Custom Items
Items noted as made-to-order or custom cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations are refunded in full to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
