Assembly & Installation Policy

Many of our gazebos, pergolas, greenhouses, swing sets, and furniture items require assembly or installation. Here's what to know.

What's Included

Items that require assembly ship with manufacturer instructions and the hardware needed for standard assembly, unless the listing says otherwise. We recommend keeping instructions and spare hardware until assembly is complete and you've confirmed everything fits and functions correctly.

Tools

Most items can be assembled with basic household tools (screwdriver, Allen key — often included). Product pages will note if specialized tools are required.

Professional Assembly

Professional assembly or installation may be available in select areas for an additional fee. Contact us before or after ordering to check availability and pricing for your item and location — this is not guaranteed for every product or region.

Electrical Installation

Products with a PowerPort outlet or other built-in electrical connection should be installed by a licensed professional in accordance with local building codes. Gaddy Gear is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation.

Warranty Impact

Improper assembly or installation can void warranty coverage for damage that results from it. See our Warranty Information page for details.

Missing or Damaged Parts

If a part is missing or damaged when you unbox your item, contact us with your order number and we'll send the replacement part rather than requiring a full return where possible.
