What's Covered

Products purchased from gaddygear.com are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. Where a manufacturer provides its own warranty longer than ours, the manufacturer's terms apply on top of this policy.

What's Not Covered

Normal wear and tear
Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper assembly
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Cosmetic changes such as fading or scratches from normal use
Items purchased from unauthorized resellers

How to File a Warranty Claim

Email contact@gaddygear.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video showing the defect. We'll review your claim and respond with next steps, typically within 3–5 business days.

Our Remedy

At our discretion, we will repair the item, replace it, or issue a partial or full refund. We may ask you to return the defective item or part before a replacement ships.
