Assembly

Ships flat-packed with pre-cut framing, hardware, and a printed step-by-step manual. Given the size and weight, we recommend a two-to-three-person team and a full day with basic power tools; professional installation is recommended for anchoring the structure and for running power to the PowerPort outlet.

Care

The steel frame and roof panels are powder-coated for corrosion resistance; rinse off dirt, pollen, and salt air periodically with a hose, and touch up any scratches down to bare metal promptly to prevent rust from taking hold. Check and re-tighten hardware once or twice a year, especially after storms or high winds.

Warranty

Backed by Gaddy Gear's 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the date of delivery. Normal wear and tear, natural weathering of untreated wood tones, and damage from misuse, accidents, or improper assembly aren't covered. To file a claim, email contact@gaddygear.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video of the defect — we'll follow up with next steps, typically within 3-5 business days.
